Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to supplying high-quality products and delivering outstanding service — if you need to return an item, please review the policy below to ensure a straightforward, efficient process.
Scope
This policy applies to all goods sold directly by Green Power Machinery Ltd (online or in-store), unless a separate returns policy is provided at the point of sale. It explains both your statutory rights and our commercial returns options.
Online purchases
- Eligibility for return
You may return products within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or a full credit to your original payment method (shipping costs are excluded unless the return is due to our error). Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. - Return process
To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact page on our website and provide your order number, contact details and the reason for the return. - In-store pickup
If you purchased online but collected the item from our store, the return must still be initiated through the Contact page. - Return timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. - Credit processing
Refunds or credits will be processed within four weeks and should appear on your bank or card statement within that period. We will email you once the credit/refund has been issued.

- In-store purchases
If you bought the item in person, please bring it back to the store where the purchase was made for returns. - Manufacturer’s warranty
If a product shows a manufacturing defect, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Our team can assist with arranging inspections, repairs or submitting warranty claims on your behalf.
Conditions not eligible for replacement or refund
We may refuse a replacement or refund (or apply a restocking fee) if a returned product meets any of the following conditions:
- The item was not purchased directly from Green Power Machinery Ltd (for example, purchases from third-party sellers or auction sites).
- The product does not exhibit the fault or issue described in the return request (for example, an item reported as DOA that powers on and functions correctly on inspection).
- The product’s serial number, model/part number label or warranty label is missing, damaged, altered or illegible.
- The product is returned without all original packaging, manuals, accessories, retail box and any other items originally supplied — returns received incomplete may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
- The UPC/barcode has been removed from the packaging.
- The product shows physical damage (e.g., impact damage, burns, corrosion or other signs of misuse).
- The product appears to have been tampered with, customised, modified or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer or an authorised service agent.
If a returned item is rejected, we will contact you with the reason for rejection and instructions for collection or disposal.
How to return an item

- We will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide return instructions.
